How long does it take for me to receive my enrollment packet?
You can expect to receive your enrollment packet by US Postal Service at the address on file with your account within 7-10 days.
You can also pick up the packet in person once it has been completed if you are the account holder and requestor. Please advise your customer services contact that you would like to pick up your packet when you request Internet Banking.

How do I configure Internet Explorer for Online Banking and Bill Pay?
1. Select "Internet Options" by clicking "Tools" on your browser's toolbar.
2. Under the "General" tab, in the "Browser History" area, click "Delete."
3. Click on the “Delete Files” button next to “Temporary Internet Files.”
4. You will be asked, “Are you sure you want to delete all temporary Internet Explorer files?” Click “Yes.” This step may take a few minutes if the temporary internet files have not been deleted recently.
(IE 8- Uncheck all boxes on the left hand of the window. Ensure that only “Temporary Internet Files” is the only check box selected. Then click on delete at the bottom.
This step may take a few minutes if the cache has not been cleared for a while, you will receive a box showing the files being deleted.)
4. Next, click on the settings button under the “Browsing History” Section.
5. Under the “Temporary Internet Files” section, locate “Check for newer versions of stored pages” and ensure that “Every time I visit the webpage”, is selected. Then click on “OK”.
6. Click the "Privacy" tab.
7. Next, click on the click "Advanced" button.
8. Verify that "Override automatic cookie handling" and "Always allow session cookies" are both selected. Also, ensure the first and third party cookies are selected for “Accept”.
9. Click "OK"
10. Next, click on the “Content” tab. In the “Content Advisor” area at the top, the first button should read “Enable”. If it does not, click the “Disable” button. However, to continue, you will need the password chosen at the time your computer was set up or the password for your system’s network.
11. IE 8-If you are using Windows 7 as your Operating System, click on the “Advanced” tab. In the box with the scroll bar, scroll all the way to the bottom of the window. Ensure that “TLS 1.1” and “TLS 1.2” are not checked. Click on “OK” at the bottom.

How do I configure Mozilla Firefox for Online Banking and Bill Pay?
1. Please select “Tools” and go to “Options.”
2. Click on the Privacy icon.
3. Check “Allow site to set cookies” and “Accept third-party cookies.” You may select either “until Firefox is closed” or “until they expire.”
4. Next, click on the Content icon.
5. Check “Block pop ups,” “Enable java,” and “Enable javascript.”
6. Click the “Exceptions” button to the right of “Block pop ups” and type the following address: “https://www.billpaysite.com.” Click the “allow” button.
7. While still in the Content area, at the bottom will be a section called “Language.” Click on “Choose” and ensure that “English/United States” is the first language selected.
8. Click on the Advanced icon. Click on the “Network” tab and empty the cache. Click on the “clear now” button.
9. Still in the Advanced area, click on the “Encryption” tab. Ensure that “SSL 3.0” and “TLS 1.0” are both checked.
10. Click “OK” and refresh your browser.

6. Under “Accept Cookies” make sure “always” is selected.
7. Close out of the “Security Settings” and restart your web browser.
